Powerprints.in is operated by SCREEN LAND PRINT INDIA PVT LTD. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  1. Orders & Payments
  • All orders must be placed through our website.
  • Full payment must be made before we begin production.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • GST and shipping charges may be applicable as per the order type.
  1. Artwork & File Submission
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate, print-ready files in the required format (PDF, CDR, AI, etc.).
  • We are not liable for errors related to spelling, grammar, image quality, color variations, or layout in customer-submitted files.
  • For custom design orders, we will share a digital proof. Final approval is required before printing.
  • Once approved, no changes can be made.
  1. Revisions & Proofing
  • One round of revision is allowed for custom designs.
  • Any additional changes may incur extra charges.
  • Final approval from the customer is mandatory and considered binding.
  1. Production & Turnaround Time
  • Standard production begins only after payment confirmation and file approval.
  • Estimated delivery timelines vary by product but typically range from 3–7 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners or force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes).
  1. Delivery & Shipping
  • We deliver across India via trusted courier services.
  • Shipping timelines and charges will be shown during checkout.
  • Delays or damage in transit are the responsibility of the courier company, although we will assist in claims.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started.
  • Refunds are not applicable for personalized/custom products unless there is a genuine defect or production error from our side.
  • In case of a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • You must have the legal rights to all content, logos, and designs you provide for printing.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without proof of ownership or authorization.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • You agree to use our services at your own risk.
  1. Website Use & Content
  • All content on Powerprints.in including images, product descriptions, and design templates are the property of SCREEN LAND PRINT INDIA PVT LTD and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  • We reserve the right to change product specifications or remove any service at any time.
